Challenge
Create a solution to reduce checkout lines at the store since long checkout lines led to shopping abandonment.
Solution
The Self-Checkout Project - CCR - allows customers to check out the products they are purchasing using the stores' own equipment. For being similar to a computer, it runs the Java application, integrating peripherals and a P2K system for receiving payments. This solution allows the use of the store's own card to pay for purchases.
Results
Increase in average sale size, purchase recurrence (from 2 to 4 times).
Increase in NPS to 94.
